Adding a Sub-Account

From the main page of your TurnKey client area home page, select “Update,” on the right hand side.

On the following page, locate the left hand menu labeled “My Account,” and select “Contact/Sub-Accounts.”

On this page, fill in the necessary information to add your sub-account.

If you would like the sub-account user to have access to the client area, please enable the “Activate Sub-Account” box under phone number. Once this is activated, you will be able to assign specific account permissions to the sub-account and assign a password to the account. Please provide these credentials to the sub-account holder.

Select “Save Changes,” at the bottom of the page and you have successfully created the sub-account!
